We are looking for AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable AI solutions that integrate cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real-world problems.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-powered applications using Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new AI features and applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable back-end solutions for AI models.
• Integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and optimize codebases for performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy data pipelines, preprocess data, and manage datasets efficiently.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure) to scale machine learning models, manage resources, and ensure system reliability.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and techniques to integrate them into our AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, particularly when working with sensitive or regulated data.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience deploying AI models on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with software development practices, including version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
