Techvify Software is at the forefront of technology and software development, specializing in innovative AI solutions that transform traditional projects into AI-powered initiatives. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Da Nang, where you will work onsite with very flexible time: any 7.5 hours between 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage in various AI-transformation projects across diverse business domains, including Human Resource Management and e-Learning systems, as well as various interesting domains.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the AI development team for TVF ĐN, overseeing project execution and team dynamics.
Participate in TVF ĐN’s Center of Excellence team, contributing to the development of innovative AI strategies.
Work on various AI-transformation projects, ensuring the successful implementation of AI solutions in business domains such as Human Resource Management and e-Learning systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI to inform project development and team training.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI and machine learning, specifically in Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and Data Engineering.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead an AI development team.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++…
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Experience work with Agent AI, MCP
