We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Da Nang. This full-time position offers working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will focus on AI and trading platforms, driving innovations in market prediction, smart order routing, and compliance automation. Join us to leverage your expertise in stocks and trading while contributing to transformative projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to AI and trading solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the financial sector with a focus on stocks and trading.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in trading platforms.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and development teams.
