• Work directly with clients to understand business needs, goals, and system requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and specifications for development teams

• Support project teams in clarifying requirements during the development lifecycle

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

• Participate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum projects)

• Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and stakeholder interviews when needed

• Assist in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or outsourcing environment

• Strong skills in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, etc.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic technical feasibility

• Experience in pre-sales or proposal support is a plus

• Salary range: Up to 25M
• Review: 1 time/year in October
