Frontend Developer

• Participate in product development process, clarify requirements, design technology solutions
• Receive design via Figma and build UI/UX according to the Designer. Consider and adjust if there is a lack of flow, lack of screen, or too much effort but does not bring much product value (low ROI)
• Use and optimize libraries and mechanisms for real-time data processing and data visualization with high performance, improving product experience for users
• Be proactive and responsible in improving code quality through testing (unit, UI, and e2e test), handling tech debts, and code reviews. Deep understanding of DRY, KISS…etc. To have a beautiful code base that is easy for beginners to maintain, expand, and access.
• Participate in reviewing the code of other members/projects to understand all customer systems as well as propose standards proposals to improve the code quality standards of the whole team
• Actively research new technologies, willing to share information and knowledge for other members to develop together. And then make proposals and build code bases for all types of projects
• Build internal tools to improve the speed of building high-quality, fast, and less expensive projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• At least 4 years of experience with website development, ReactJs preferred.
• Strong in CSS architecture, understands when to use TailwindCss, Css-in-JS, SAAS, and CSS modules.
• Deep understanding of Javascript(ES6+) platform, when to use CJS and ESM.
• Familiar with ReactJs Framework and libraries such as Redux/Zustand, Tanstack Query, React Router, Material UI, Shadcn, Antd..
• Experienced in integrating with RestAPI, GraphQL, or TRPC.
• Understand build tools such as Vite, Webpack, and RsPack. Can create/customize plugins for products.
• Proficient in testing frameworks such as Jest/Vitest, Storybook, Cypress/Playwright… You primarily practiced test practices to ensure product quality before handing it over to testers, avoiding apparent errors.
• Understand the critical rendering paths and techniques to optimize the app bundle size and performance.
• Understand website rendering mechanisms such as CSR, SSR, SSG, ISR, Streaming SSR, and RSC.
• Understand and can customize CI/CD for FE projects. Focus on Github/GitLab or Jenkins
• Work directly with the Designer to build the customer’s Design System. Able to fix bugs/work-around UI Bugs from libraries.

• Have worked a lot with Nextjs/NuxtJs and understand its advantages/disadvantages in customizing and handling encountered problems.
• Already worked with Micro-frontend projects
• Have a background in backend (Nodejs) or modern runtimes such as Cloudflare Worker, Bun, Deno, etc.
• Understand and operate k8s to trace logs and observe apps.
• Animation skills such as After Effect, Framer Motion, Gsap or ThreeJs.
