We are looking for a passionate and skilled Middle Frontend Developer to join our dynamic software development team. You will play a key role in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications for global clients. This position requires a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in Agile teams to deliver high-quality code that aligns with client expectations and business goals.

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality ReactJS applications in alignment with defined requirements, UI/UX designs, and project timelines.

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture discussions to implementation and production deployment.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and reusable code that follows best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across various browsers and devices.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements or innovative solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

• Maintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring unit testing and integration testing are performed where appropriate.

• Contribute to shared component libraries and internal tooling to improve team productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing ReactJS-based web applications.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.

• Proficiency with ReactJS, including functional components, hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git/GitLab/GitHub.

• Good understanding of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and package managers (npm, yarn).

• Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is a plus.

• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with experience in sprint-based delivery.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and focus on performance.

• English communication skills (intermediate level or higher) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
