We are now seeking high performance a Korea Sales Manager to join our wining sales crew. The Korea Sales Manager is expected to drive all sales activities with full sales cycles based on strong & proven record in Koera market & enterprise sales. In this role, Sales Managers will lead all business development & sales activities in the assigned market to achieve the significant results including sales targets, number of new logos, strategic account development, etc.

Responsibilities  

Business Development

  • In charge for business development to search for the new opportunities through Techvify integrated outbound framework to generate the sales qualified leads
  • Liaise with the marketing team to brainstorm and provide nesscerry information & insights to have better design the marketing ads copies in order to generate more marketing qualfied leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize the workshop/ exclusive events in the assigned market in order to generate more sales qualified leads

Sales Closing

  • Lead the whole sales processes since the sales qualified lead stage until the closing stage
  • Lead & colloborate to other departments such as T&C, R&D or Delivery to prepare for the sales decks, sales materials, solution & service presentation to the prospect in order to win the deal
  • Being in charge for all commercial activities until the deal is closed and get the payment done

Key Account Management

  • Ensure that the assigned key account will be taken care of with all strategic & necessary activities to retain & develop the sales from the account, including all upsell or cross-sell activitie.s
  • Lead & collaborate with T&C, R&D and Delivery to implement all new innitiatives to maitain & develop the key account successfully.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship:

  • Actively participate in sales/BD communities, sharing your experience and knowledge to help grow the company’s capabilities.
  • Coach and mentor other team members, contributing to their professional development.
  • Internal Projects & Process Optimization:
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at developing productivity, utilization sales & key account management processes, optimizing internal processes to enhance the quality of sales closing
  • Continuously seek to improve the company’s internal tools and workflows for better efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Educational Background:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Fluent in Korean (Topik level 5 is a must have)
  • Understanding Korean business culture is a big plus
  • Prepare someone who has already lived or studied in Korea before

Professional Experience:   

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in selling in the tech industry, software or software product selling is a big advantage.
  • Experience leading key account projects, ensuring software meets business and technical requirements.
  • Prefer someone with a strong mindset of change, innovation

Soft Skills:   

  • Strong communication skills with all different key internal & external stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams and coaching community members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through technical innovation.
