We’re currently seeking for talents in Marketing with the detailed requirements as follows:

What will you do:

• Collaborating with the executive team to formulate the company’s marketing strategy
• Developing and executing strategic plans while addressing immediate objectives
• Leading and supervising the performance of the marketing team
• Conducting research and analyzing market trends and competitor activities
• Supervising marketing campaigns and assessing their effectiveness
• Reporting campaign findings to the executive team
• Negotiating and coordinating with external marketing agencies
• Updating content creation guidelines and resources, crafting communication materials for collaborative initiatives
• Ensuring the marketing department operates within budget and delivers a return on investment
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials
• Fulfilling other responsibilities as needed

• Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or Communication
• Minimum 3 years in a Marketing Manager role, with at least 6 years in the marketing industry
• Proven experience in building and leading Marketing teams
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including management, boards of directors, staff, and external groups
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Strong prioritization, time management, and flexibility
• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Demonstrated ambition for growth, a success-driven attitude, and a resilient “never give up” spirit
• Extensive global work experience

• Proficiency in communicating complex concepts orally and in writing
• Event planning and management expertise
• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and the application of marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and expedite growth.
