We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Middle Sencha Developer to join our enterprise application development team. You will work on complex, desktop-focused business applications built with Sencha Ext JS, often involving large data grids, dashboards, and admin workflows. This role involves maintaining and evolving existing codebases, contributing to UI/UX improvements, and enhancing overall application performance. A strong understanding of JavaScript, structured UI development, and component reusability is essential.

This position is ideal for developers who are comfortable working with legacy or tightly-coupled frontends, yet still strive for clean code, modularity, and continuous improvement within Agile delivery teams.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Sencha Ext JS, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance.

• Translate business and UI/UX requirements into high-quality frontend implementations aligned with enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, project managers, and designers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Build modular and reusable UI components using Ext JS MVVM architecture and data binding.

• Optimize performance for cross-browser desktop environments, particularly in data-intensive views (e.g., grids, trees, forms).

• Participate in technical discussions on UI design, refactoring strategies, and code maintainability.

• Debug and resolve frontend issues within complex legacy codebases or large applications.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint-based deliveries (standups, planning, demos).

• Maintain high standards of quality via code reviews and internal documentation.

• Actively contribute to UI modernization or migration planning where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Sencha Ext JS.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation.

• Strong grasp of Ext JS architecture, components, layouts, event handling, and state management via MVVM.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

• Comfortable working with Sencha Cmd, build processes, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

• English communication skills (intermediate level or higher) to interact with global stakeholders.
