• Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project features and requirements.
• Document and report bugs, and track their resolution in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular QA meetings to discuss project status and testing outcomes.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality to improve user experience.
• Assist in the development of automated testing processes as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
