New Business Development:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in international markets. Focus on building a strong pipeline across sectors like fintech, insurance, eCommerce, and enterprise software.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams. Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Define and execute sales strategies for different geographies. Tailor value propositions based on regional demands and cultural nuances.
Revenue Generation:
Own and drive quarterly and annual sales targets. Track and manage performance using CRM tools and sales KPIs.
Collaboration with Delivery Teams:
Coordinate with technical pre-sales and delivery units to craft tailored solutions, proposals, and project scoping aligned with client requirements.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, trends in outsourcing models, pricing benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform go-to-market strategies.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract discussions and commercial negotiations in alignment with company goals and margin expectations.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing, with a proven track record in international business development.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models (e.g., dedicated teams, staff augmentation, project-based delivery)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally
Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments
CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Willingness to travel internationally
Experience working with clients in APAC, North America, or Europe
Background in consultative/solution-based sales
Technical understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud, or enterprise platforms
