Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound efforts including emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and event networking.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, moving prospects through the funnel from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Client Engagement:
    Conduct discovery calls, pitch tailored outsourcing solutions, and build trust with decision-makers across tech, operations, and procurement teams.
  • Proposal Development:
    Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposals, pricing, and project scopes that address client needs.
  • Sales Metrics Ownership:
    Meet and exceed sales KPIs including meetings booked, proposals sent, and revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast updates.
  • Market Feedback & Insights:
    Share feedback from the field with marketing, delivery, and product teams to help refine go-to-market strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Event & Campaign Support:
    Participate in international tech events, webinars, and digital campaigns to generate leads and promote brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT servicesoutsourcing, or software solutions. Prior experience selling to international markets is a strong plus.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Knowledge of IT outsourcing models (e.g., staff augmentation, dedicated teams, project-based delivery)
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
    • Organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
    • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to APAC (especially Singapore/Hong Kong) or North America/Europe
  • Background in IT Outsourcing industries, IT solutions sales.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, or basic technical terms
