Senior Solutions Architect / Consultant

Pre-Sales Collaboration:

• Partner with the Sales Team to understand and gather business requirements from customers.
• Build and present solution architecture design proposals, including effort estimation and technology choices.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and case studies to demonstrate capabilities to customers.

Solution Design & Leadership:

• Lead key account projects aimed at enhancing existing applications or developing new ones, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee the design, production, testing, and implementation of software solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Cross-functional Team Leadership:

• Collaborate with internal teams to review solution architecture, providing suggestions and guidance for improvement.
• Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring consistency and optimization across systems.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship:

• Actively participate in technical communities, sharing your experience and knowledge to help grow the company’s capabilities.
• Coach and mentor other team members, contributing to their professional development.

Internal Projects & Process Optimization:

• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at developing productivity utilization software, optimizing internal processes to enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Continuously seek to improve the company’s internal tools and workflows for better efficiency and client satisfaction.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales roles, with a strong focus on designing and delivering software solutions.
• Experience leading key account projects, ensuring software meets business and technical requirements.
• Background in creating POCs and case studies to showcase solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and methodologies (e.g., Microservices, Cloud architecture).
• Proficient in various programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
• Experience in emerging technology: Cloud Native, DevXOps, Generative AI, Open Banking, etc.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams and coaching community members.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through technical innovation.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.

• Salary range: 40.000.000 – 100.000.000 VND
• Review: 1 time/year in October
