Coordinates and executes recruitment activities under the supervision of a supervisor.
Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews for the designated positions and supports all parties concerned with the assessment.
Maintains recruiting networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Maintains a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc.
Maintains and updates applicant and employee data within the department’s operational software systems.
Support special projects as required.
IT Recruiter: Job Qualification
1-2 years of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Excellent skills in building a talent pool, headhunting, and interviewing candidates.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
Good at English: writing and speaking skills.
Experience in Employer Branding.
IT industry knowledge.
Good command using MS. Office software.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting software.
Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related business fields.
