Responsibilities

Interact with clients to gain an understanding of their requirements.
Draw up milestones and ensure completion.
Unit-test, work on bug fixing and improve product performance.
Leveraging best software engineering practices.
Identifying & eliminating performance and scale issues that ripple from front-end to back-end.
Work with the distributed team in multiple time zones.

7+ years of experience in professional software development.
Solid with one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, .NET, Python, Golang, or Javascript (Java or Kotlin is preferred).
Good at writing maintainable, well-tested, performant, and secure code.
Experience developing backend API and testing modern architecture patterns/techniques (service-oriented, micro-services, domain-driven-design, test-driven-design).
Experience in database design and being able to write SQL/NoSQL queries for database engines such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra,…
Soft skills: Team discussion, team player, problem-solving, effort estimation, pair programming, code review.
Experience managing and contributing source code by Git and Git Branch strategies (Git Flow or Trunk-based development).
Having English communication (both writing and speaking).
Understanding the workflow to deliver the source code with CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Public Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
- Experience working with Docker/Kubernetes Engine
- Experience working with Core Banking, API Gateway, Payment,…

Salary agree: 35.000.000 – 50.000.000 VNĐ
Review: 1 time/year in October.
