Junior /Middle Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Middle Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our organization make informed decisions and improve operational processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
• Conduct research and market analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare and present reports and findings to management.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
