Middle/Senior Backend Developer (NodeJS/Golang) onsite Singapore

TECHVIFY, a global AI & Software solutions company with a branch in Singapore, is expanding its team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us. This position is for a long-term, onsite project with our Singaporean client. We are currently seeking candidates with expertise in Backend development with NodeJS or Golang.

• As part of our dynamic and collaborative team, you will contribute to the design, prototyping, development, and maintenance of various products and services.
• Maintain the high-performance and scalable applications using NodeJS or Golang.
• Your role will involve leveraging your past experiences to enhance the team’s capabilities.
• You will drive the implementation, deployment, and operation of products or key components, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ownership over feature design and implementation, with a focus on sound technical choices and maintainability.
• At times, this would be in collaboration with other software engineers.

• Fluent in English is must
• From 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Javascript/Typescript, Golang, Java, Python or C++ (Preferred Golang/NodeJS)
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with designing and building scalable, distributed, and highly available systems using Golang or NodeJS.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture (MSA) or Service Oriented architecture (SOA) and RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Authentication, Authorization.
• Proficient in working with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architectures is a plus.
• Familiar with various backend related debugging and testing tools, and have independent problem-solving skills
• Contribute in technical discussions and solutionning sessions.
  Possess good coding and documentation habits, pay attention to code style, familiar with basic design patterns and principles, and continuously focus and optimize projects
• Autonomy to drive the direction of the product
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; communicating technically complex ideas to non-technical people effectively is a plus
• Having a growth mindset and willing to share knowledge to grow together with the team
• Willing to learn and own fullstack

Nice to have:

• Experience in fullstack or frontend Javascript/Typescript with Angular, React, Vue or other frontend bundle frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes Deployment, Cloud Deployment on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with automated testing
