We are currently seeking a talented NodeJS Developer who is deeply passionate about technology and ready to make a significant impact in our IT-Solution department (ITS).

The ITS team is dedicated to transforming business processes through cutting-edge solutions that drive digital transformation and streamline workflows. As a Senior NodeJS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and deployment of our NodeJS-based applications. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to design, develop, and maintain top-tier software solutions. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of NodeJS-based applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Provide accurate time and resource estimates for development tasks, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, working closely with the design team to achieve a seamless user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain coding standards.
• Effectively communicate technical challenges and project progress to stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend developer, specializing in NodeJS development and building scalable applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks, such as Express.js, NestJS.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools is highly desirable
• Experience with database technologies, including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and client-side scripting.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus.

• Salary: 25.000.000 – 40.000.000 (VND)
