PHP Team Leader

• Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
• Take up system analysis, design, and documenting responsibilities, and get it done in time.
• Should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new software/framework/languages/technology with ease.
• Participating in software projects with domestic and foreign partners.
• Programming web/app applications using PHP language.
• Optimize website and server, increase user experience.
• Programming feature modules according to design analysis and business requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of Technical Leader with at least one of these frameworks: Laravel, Yii, Yii2, Drupal, Magento.
• Must have an understanding of MVC, and OOP models in PHP.
• Experience working with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON.
• Experience in Restful API, Database MYSQL/NOSQL.
• Experience with complex SQL queries and database schema design.
• Proven experience in load testing, unit testing, and page load optimization.
• Able to coordinate well in teamwork, dynamic, creative, and able to withstand pressure at work.
• Passion for coding, design, and web service development.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and SVN.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Must have strong English verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other programming languages would be an advantage.
• Experience in Angular/Vue/React.
• Experience in Docker or Kubernetes.
• Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements.
