We are looking for senior Web-Fullstack Developers with knowledge of usability and understanding the specifics of Software Products, who contribute to the development phase of software products life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Participating in software projects with domestic and foreign partners.
Interact with clients to gain an understanding of the requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails & MySQL & TailwindCSS.
Implement new features and functionality based on project requirements.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code.
Implement and enforce testing practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
Work on system architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
Identifying & eliminating performance and scale issues that ripple from front-end to back-end.
Provide leadership to the development team, guiding and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
Support in technical consultant to new challenges.

Qualification

At least 5 years of relevant software development experience
English communication in both verbal and written is a MUST.
Able to perform as senior Web full-stack developer
Strong knowledge of following technical stack: Frontend: tailwindCSS / Backend: Ruby on Rail
Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, API design and Data modelling
In-depth knowledge of web-frontend layout, design, able to bring the best UI & UX to end-user
AWS infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle and Agile Development methodologies
Strong organizational & time-management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Certified Developer is preferred.
Good experience using Jira, Jenkins and Bitbuckets for day-to-day development
