Delivery Manager [Global Market]

TECHVIFY is a Global AI & Software Solutions company based in Hanoi, Danang, Singapore and Japan. It has experienced rapid growth from 1 to 200 full-time employees in 4 years, led by a young and passionate leadership team with a commitment to innovation and a zero-tolerance policy for office politics.

The company’s primary market since its inception has been the English-speaking market, with key clients mainly from Singapore, Australia, the US, and the EU (constituting 85% of the company’s revenue). The team’s vision is to become a wellknown brand with influence in the technology sector, providing deep AI & IoT solutions and IT services.

After 5 years of development, the company is in a phase of rapid growth and expansion, despite the general economic challenges. To meet the growing business demands, the team is looking to expand its Delivery Unit and hire Delivery Managers for the English speaking market.

As a Delivery Manager (Group Leader), you will be responsible for:

• Developing a new Delivery Unit from scratch, focusing on the English-speaking market. This includes building resources, creating a strategy and plan, and executing it.
• Building the core team for the unit, including key technology roles and management positions. Therefore, leadership and team-building skills are crucial.
• Taking charge of the group’s business plan, P&L, and growth. Supporting pre-sales activities and providing technical solutions and consulting directly to customers/leads.
• Contributing to building the group’s delivery methodology and ensuring team compliance.
• Managing group budgets and resources effectively.
• Overseeing project teams and ensuring the timely delivery of software solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Reporting to the Board of Directors.

To be considered for this position, we require:

• First, we look for individuals who are a suitable fit, have a strong determination and passion for their work, and are ready for a long-term position to join the company’s core team in fulfilling the mission and long-term vision.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software outsourcing, with at least 2 years in a delivery management role.
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attractive package

– Base Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 gross x 13 months

– Revenue base commission: 0.8-1.2% of generated revenue (following delivery bonus policy)
