DevOps Engineer

• Implement systems that are secured, highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant on the AWS platform.
• Build and maintain operational tools for CI/CD, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems.
• Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code.
• Automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation on AWS.
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.

Technical skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure specially AWS.
• Strong understanding of how to secure cloud environments and meet compliance requirements.
• Experience with Docker/AWS ECS/AWS Fargate and deploying applications on cloud.
• Have experienced with serverless architecture (for ex: terraform, serverlesss framework), automation/configuration management using Terraform, Puppet, Chef or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networking.
• Monitor, analyse, and predict trends for system performance, capacity, efficiency, and reliability and recommend enhancements in order to better meet client SLAs and standards.
• Git/GitHub version control tools
• Have experienced with Unix system.
