We’re currently seeking for talents in key account management with the detailed requirements as follows:

What will you do:

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead the key account management department, ensuring customer-based excellence and surpassing expectations.
  • Develop performance objectives, sales targets, and strategic account plans.


  • Drive growth strategies and initiatives, aiming for industry leadership.
  • Establish revenue goals and strategies for account performance and overall financial objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Build enduring relationships with customers through long-term planning.
  • Develop industry-leading relationships with key accounts


  • Work collaboratively with various departments, aligning goals for smooth achievement of key account objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and senior sales management for departmental strategies and goals.


  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze market trends.
  • Develop and implement customer growth plans, performance benchmarks, and troubleshooting initiatives.

Other Duties:

  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by higher management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in key account management, preferably as a Senior Key Account Manager.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication with both team members and customers. Ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating reports and presentations.
  • Analytical Skills: Passion for market research and ability to extract insights from data.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Customer-oriented, patient, result-focused, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • People/Leadership Skills: Collaborative leader with a vision, approachable, and capable of earning trust from both team members and clients.
