Process Quality Assurance Manager

• Consult with and propose to the BOD (Board of Directors) building a process suitable for current projects.
• Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality levels.
• Consult and propose building frameworks to manage 50-100 projects.
• Monitor progress, identify and detect problems that may affect project progress.
• Collect data, create statistics, analyze and report data, and define company and project standards.
• Build and manage a team of 5-10 members.

Required Skills

• Experience as a QA Leader/Manager in software outsourcing companies.
• Experience in process definition, project auditing, and improvement in the IT field.
• Proficiency in CMMI, ISO 27001, with the ability to apply them to work.
• Excellent logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of project management, software development processes, and methodologies like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Strong ability in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent time management, planning, and document compilation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent training skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Language Skills

• Vietnamese – Fluent (Native)
• English – Fluent (Written & Oral)
