Product Owner

As our Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) division continues to expand, we are actively looking for talented and highly motivated candidates to join our team in Hanoi. We are currently seeking candidates with expertise in Product Building. You will play a crucial role in building quality and functionality of our AI products, working in a dynamic, international environment.

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Assist in defining and communicating the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior product owners to prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.

Backlog Management:

• Support in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Assist in grooming user stories, refining requirements, and ensuring clear acceptance criteria for development tasks.
• Participate in feature design & product roadmap development.
• Responsible for writing instructional documents for development teams.
• Hands on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes
• Own product release schedule, work closely with engineers and QA teams to make sure that every release is high quality and timely.
• Analyze data from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel …) to measure product quality & prioritize which features to build.

• Have at least 1 years’ experience in Product Owner/ Product Manager/BA position
• Experience using local and foreign platform AI
• Ability to use tools like Axure, Balsamiq Mockups, Axure RP, Sketch .. to build wireframe & prototype
• Prefer knowledge at UI / UX Designer (knowledge of UI Kit definitions, design system, components and how to apply in product construction)
• Not required but technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, programming HTML / CSS, API, SQL …) is an advantage.
• Prefer candidate who is empathy and curiosity (research product audience, stay current on technology trends, and will keep an eye on the competition)

• Salary range: Up to 1200$ (Negotiable)
