Take ownership & design Go-To-Market Plans with a clear strategy & execution plan of actions
Ensure the sales team meets the assigned sales target
Be responsible for driving and supervising all stages in the sales processes until the deal is closed
Oversee the outreached outbound activities such as prospecting, events, webinar, etc
Collaborate with Pre-Sales Team on pre-sales activities to make sure the prospect’s needs & challenges are solved
Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
Manage all customer data on CRM
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Sales Directors
Job Qualification
5+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record, in which at least +2 years of experience in a management position
Experience in selling services to enterprises (tech/marketing/etc.)
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Smart, aggressive, and ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
Good negotiation, time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Hard-working and self-accountable
Desirable (good to have): Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
