Scrum Master/Project Manager [Intern/ Fresher]

As our Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) division continues to expand, we’re in search of a highly motivated Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team in Hanoi. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects, fostering collaboration within our teams, and upholding quality standards.

Direct Collaboration and Project Management:

• Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and team members to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, project planning, and management of project timelines.
• Manage project activities for multiple projects and requirements across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project.

Project Progress and Team Leadership:

• Ensure project deadlines are met to deliver the best service quality on time.
• Lead and motivate the development team, monitor and evaluate team members, provide constructive and professional feedback, support and advise.
• Train the project team on design methods and principles, apply standards to manage issues and risks, as well as product backlog management and innovation.

Technical background.

• Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, processes, and practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and strong management skills.
• Proficient in project deployment, management: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and controlling, quality management, and communication.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and no hesitation to communicate.
• Ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team.
