We’re currently seeking for talents in account management with the detailed requirements as follows:

What will you do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for key accounts, initiating strategic account planning for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with consultant and delivery teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the current client base.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the achievement of all revenue growth forecast KPIs for key accounts.
  • Effectively oversee and minimize customer churn rate.
  • Manage customer database in CRM.
  • Manage & negotiate all contracts, agreements.
  • Work alongside various teams to develop tools and strategies to aid the Customer Success team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
  • Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Hard-working and self-accountable

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
  • Background in IT industry, or selling products is preferred.
