We’re currently seeking for talents in Partner Sales Manager with the detailed requirements as follows:

What will you do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively looking for and establishing partnerships with ideal partner profiles in EU, US, and ANZ
  • Co-design Go-To-Market strategy & execution plans with partners to promote Techvify’s services and products in these mentioned markets.
  • Design & negotiate commercial terms of partnerships with partners.
  • Onboard partners in terms of commercial & technical aspects
  • Ensure all partners meet their sales targets and expectations with the company.
  • Partner relations & partner pipeline management
  • CRM management
  • Weekly/ Quarterly/ Annual reporting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partner management, client management, or comparable client-facing positions.
  • Proven track record in steering successful partnership ecosystems to achieve revenue goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Demonstrated hard-working ethic and self-accountability.

Advantageous Skills

  • Background in Channel Development.
  • Exposure to working or living in cross-cultural, international environments.
  • Previous experience in agency or technology sales.

Desirable (good to have):

  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
