Senior Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in quality assurance principles and practices, with a specific focus on manual or automation testing. You will work closely with the development team to design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software quality.

Working location: 363 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Cam Le Dist, Da Nang City

• Ensuring product quality throughout the development process
• Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
• Design, create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and test reports based on requirements and prioritization
• Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
• Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation
• Investigating and troubleshooting test failures, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and development lifecycle
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
• Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
• Mentors and provides training assistance to Middle/ Junior QA
• Proven track record leading the testing effort or working independently on projects
• Having automation testing skills is a plus.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
