We’re currently seeking for talents in Solution Sales with the detailed requirements as follows:

What will you do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the product & consultant teams to design sales kits including commercial proposal, sales decks, product packages.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to design for marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • Actively approaching & reaching potential clients to present the product & solution packages
  • Get the market feedback to feed product and consultant teams to continously improve & develop the product roadmaps.
  • Creating leads and opportunities by leveraging current connections, prospecting, and participating in events
  • Identifying and addressing the business requirements of customers, recommending suitable services/products
  • Overseeing and nurturing customer relationships
  • Communicating technical and business information to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner
  • Proactively following up with customers to address and resolve any issues.
  • Keeping customers abreast of new products/services
  • Compiling proposals and generating reports using CRM and other tools
  • Consistently meeting sales targets
  • Providing management with regular updates on achieved sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and contact details.

Requirements

  • At least +3 years of experience in Sales and IT industry
  • Experience in selling solution/ product is a must (Highly preferrable SaaS product)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field

Desirable (good to have):

  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
