We are looking for Support Engineering with knowledge of usability and understanding the specifics of Software Products, who contribute to development phase of software products life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

L1 support on the production environment.
Receive the first alert for the new incident/issue.
Responsible for coordination and facilitation as needed while the software engineer is responsible for triaging and
Support & follow issue’s resolving status.
Enhancement the existing monitor dashboard or set up a new monitor dashboard for monitoring the applications issues.
Involve in development process with SRE for Dashboard development if needed.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Programming thinking, logical thinking, dynamic, eager to learn, high sense of responsibility, good teamwork.
Willing to work overnight if required.
