Technical Project Manager

As our Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) division continues to expand, we are actively looking for talented and highly motivated candidates to join our team in Hanoi. We are currently seeking candidates for Technical Project Manager role. Your role will involve working on exciting AI projects and contributing to our ongoing research and development efforts focused on advancing deep learning models, AI models and applications for Natural Language Search and Generative AI.

As part of our DES team, you will:

• Plan and schedule the project, establish procedures, and regulations within the project/department, ensuring compliance with the company’s processes and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Tech Lead to manage the work of team members in the project/department to ensure the goals of time and product/service quality are achieved.
• Monitor and control the execution of work, ensuring progress and quality according to the plan and commitments with stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive reports on the actual status of the team to the Head, Director, and relevant parties, ensuring information is transparent and clear.
• Connect team members, build team spirit.

• Over 3 years in Software Development.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing technology projects, with a preference for candidates with PMP certification, graduates in IT or related fields.
• Prefer candidates with a special background in technology, especially in projects related to data and AI.
• Have experience using project development models such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Understanding of product development in product companies, startups is an advantage.
• Teamwork and independent work skills, ability to handle work pressure.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving, negotiation, presentation skills
• Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
• Quick problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, agility, and dynamism in work.

· Salary range: 2000$ USD – 2500$ USD Gross

· Review: 1 time/year in October
